Naomi jewellery are traditionally crafted and therefore very delicate. The silver is polished and each crystal is individually set.

~ Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.

~ Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming and applying perfumes, soaps or lotions as this could reduce life of polish and cause loss or crystal brilliance.

~ Put on jewelry last when dressing and take off first when undressing.

Return Policy

15 Days Return Policy:

Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by a jeweller other than naomijewels) will not be accepted under this policy. The product must be the same as shown on the website with all the supporting paperwork.

You are eligible for an exchange at Naomi for 100% of the purchase value under 15 days return policy. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase. One order can be exchanged only once.

Product return will be accepted in case of damage on receipt or difference in product design from that on the website. If the customer still wishes to take a refund, a 10% deduction on the product value will be applicable.

This excludes any product that has been designed through our bespoke service, i.e., designed exclusively for our client by Naomi through customization, including engravings, removal of tag; logo etc. in such cases no exchange no refund is applicable

This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).

How do I return the product to Naomi within 15 Days?

If you happen to be dissatisfied with the jewellery you received upon delivery, you can login to naomijewels.com. Here you fill in details for your order with relevant reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Please read the information on your original packing slip.

Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice. Securely repack the unused item.

Once your package is ready, please courier it to address mentioned in the Invoice/package slip.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our Office as mentioned above.

You can expect a refund within 10-14 working days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges after a quality check upon receipt. Retail Purchase 

Any Member who wishes to purchase an item from the Website can either:

Add the selected diamond(s) directly to the shopping cart; or

Choose from the selection of Jewellery available on the Website and add the item to the shopping cart; or

Orders, are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by Naomi.

To confirm the orders, naomijewels.com may at random, call up the Customer who have placed orders through the Website and ask for verification. naomijewels will confirm the order only after the verification is satisfactorily completed.

RBI Mandate for PAN Card and COD

PAN CARD proof is mandatory for orders above Rs. 50,000. Order will be cancelled if the customer fails to produce the same.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Made-To-Order Jewellery

1. If a customer cancels a made-to-order jewellery order, the advance amount will be refunded to the customer only if the jewellery order has not been executed.

2. In case a customer cancels a customised made-to-order jewellery order, there will be a 50% deduction of the order value before the refund is processed to the customer.

3. If a customer does not pick up a made-to-order jewellery order within 60 days from the store, the order will stand cancelled, and the advance amount will be refunded to the customer in the form of a gift card.

4. In case a customer does not pick up a customised made-to-order jewellery order within 60 days from the store, the order will be cancelled and 50% of the order value will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer in the form of a gift card.
